I remember in High School at the Regional basketball tourney at Butler County somebody in the crowd let off some pepper spray. I was coughing uncontrollable and my eyes were burning something awful. They had to stop the game and open all the side doors of the gym. It was wild.

HOOOOOOAAAAAAAAHHHH Marine! Good stuff there! I hated it when I was sprayed........... it the middle of August down here, it was like 105* in the shade, every pore I had was open, and as some here may already know, OC is the gift that keeps on giving, sometimes for days afterwards. I HATED IT!
Man, it even comes back to bite even when you're in the damn shower, I ain't kiddin' none of you!
I'd rather be tasered any day than to have to do OC again. Thankfully here in Florida one you've been sprayed you don't have to get it again unless you change agencies/employers.
By the way......... is that the Academy in Richmond @ EKU?

That's pretty awesome. How long until it starts wearing off? And there's not really anything you can do except wait, right? Water just makes it worse?

Exactly Cobby. Baby shampoo also helps quite a bit. BigT, water helps. You want to try and wash it off as soon as possible. Like Cobby mentioned, those things help. I just used baby shampoo to wash it off then I literally went outside into moving air and held my eyes open with my fingers to let the air clean them.
