Recently saw Obama's handywork firsthand.

  • We had our annual safety evaluations at work recently. Its a healthcare facility that relies on government funding. We take care of developmentally disabled patients(mentally retarded). The safety evaluation did not go good for us. My administrator said things have changed big time. He said in 30 years he's never seen anything like this. Mind you we rely on government funding to make the necessary changes that we've been having to make around the facility the last couple of days. Most of the changes are expensive and are completely uncalled for. These funds are coming straight out of the taxpayers pocket. The safety evaluators that have now been doubled + the cost of the unecessary work = a shit ton of taxpayer money that could be going elsewhere. I can't even imagine when you take into account how many facilities just like ours must exist out there how much money that must be. Then you take into account the obvious waste that must be going on in other areas as well. Its astonishing. Hey charge it to the deficit right. Just a flat out freaking joke.

  • Ok so your job depends on the government and you're complaining about it and are going to vote for a guy and a party that wants to defund basically everything which could leave you jobless. This is the voting against your interest ignorance that I'm talking about. I don't believe a word you say. First is it even federal governement regulations? What are these new regulations? Maybe they are a good thing. Maybe these things need to be done. Or should be done. What exactly are they doing that's costing so much money? Perhaps they are changes that will make things more efficient and will save money in the long run. Maybe it has nothing to do with Obama. The only joke here is you and your ignorant opinions.

  • Medicare/Medicaid is what our residents depend on for care. Last I checked Romney does no want to defund those programs. Obamacare on the otherhand, I have no idea how that will effect my Res.'s. Real estate wise and lots of other things we depend on private donations. Lots of big money people involved. Its a pretty large foundation. These were new federal regulations added on to the every year state regulations that facilities such as ours go through. I talked to my administrator about it and thats what he told me. I didn't come to that conclusion on my own. Also had a new federal safety agent conducting assessments which had never been done in recent years according to my administrator. I don't feel like getting into the specific regulations because they were so many and so meaningless. Of course your reaction does not surprise me. If you can buy anything and everything that the right spews about conservatives and republicans then I can buy that this is the liberal democratic agenda at work with their big government red tape, and reckless overspending.

    I assume this is when you tell me I've been listening to Rush Limbaugh to damn much huh. Yet this is a 1st hand experience coming from a man who has no dog in the fight. So I suppose you'll just call me a liar. Oh wait you already tried that. Perhaps you'll just shut up for once.
