Glad to see them prosper but thats just freaky.

It's difficult to express my curiosity about their anatomy or question their physicality in any way, without sounding heartless and rude... but here goes:

When nature calls for example...could it be that only one of them is actually having an orgasm, taking a whiz, passing gas or taking a shit?
I'm curious, because it appears from the abdomen down, it's the body of one individual. It's possible that only one brain controls all major organs and most bodily functions... and therefore, is the only one who feels all sensations a normal person would feel. The other may have and feel only that which is part of the head... she can see, hear, taste, smell, be an independent thinker and even control one arm.
It's obvious that both have a brain, but I'm pretty sure that healthy brain activity only requires oxygen and the flow of blood to function normally. So, it's possible that only one controls all organs and lower bodily functions.... and thus, is able to feel all sensations that are associated with sex, digestion, urination, bowel movement, etc. The other may be just along for the ride.

So many questions...

Can one sleep while the other is wide awake and up walking around?
Do they brush their teeth at the exact same time?
Do they get hungry and eat at different times?
Whether only one is able to take a shit or not... who wipes?
Do they bathe themselves or eachother?
Can one perform oral sex without making the other look like a bobble-head doll... or like she is shaking her head "yes".
How do they applaud?
How do they pray... do they put their hands together?
Can one get drunk while the other remains sober?
When they get mad at eachother... do they fight like other siblings?
What would they look like in a fist fight?
Is it possible that only one can be guilty of a crime... like armed robbery?
How could one be sentenced to prison, if the other is not guilty?
What position do they sleep in... is it even possible to sleep on their side?
Can they have separate careers?
Can only one get married... and would the other have to be brides maid by default?
If only one can enjoy the sensations of sex, what does the other do while this is going on?
Should the other say anything during sex or keep quiet?
Would having sex with them be considered a threesome?
If only one can technically give birth, is the other "aunt" or "mom"?
Do they always get "two for the price of one" deals?
Would they have to pay two admissions for a movie? (they only require one seat)
Would airfare be charged at the cost of one or two? (they only require one seat)
How do they swim... and what would it look like?
What if only one chose to get a breast enlargement?
Would they be the only "normal" looking people in a Wal-Mart... or even be noticed at all?
Can they go to a carnival without being offered a job? (that was bad, I know... Lord, I apologize)

Oh yeah, I saw that episode. That one is more extreme than usual, but I guess you're right, their brains are surely linked through the nervous system somehow even if they exist mostly separately in separate heads. There's really no frame of reference for something like this, most conjoined twins in recorded history have either been much less connected overall or died very early.
