Samsung Galaxy Note...

Anyone got one? Thinking about it? I saw one today on display at BestBuy, and it looked awesome. It's kind of like a cross between an iPad/tablet and an iPhone. I really liked the display. TCP looked amazing on it.
Wondering if there is any downside.

Was looking at those myself at Costco this week, and its definitlely on the list to buy in the near future.
Bought an Asus Tablet at Best Buy last month and completely crashed within 3 days of purchase, thought maybe i just had a bad one, took it back got another one...it lasted maybe 4 days.
So needless to say ive been a bit jaded on tablets, but the Samsung has my attention.

Jeff, I have one and I absolutely love this thing. Put it this way, I haven't been so excited about a phone since the first iphone.
I've owned every model of the iphone, including the 4s. I had been told the Samsung Galaxy S2 and the Samsung Skyrocket were both better and I was looking for an out with Apple so I bought the Galaxy S2...incredible. We actually had a thread about it not long ago.
Then I saw the note....had to have it. Its seriously amazing imo. It has every single feature the 4s has bet better. Siri? Yeah it has that. Dual processor? Yep. Also has same retna optics whatever for the camera which has ridiculous megapixels. HD recorder....on and on.
But the one hinge it has that the iphone 4s doesn't...the S pen. The thing does so much already and they are still coming out with new apps for it everyday.
Some may not like the size but it isn't as bad as you may think. It is huge but will still for in your pocket. I have a portfolio style case for that also acts as a wallet which holds my credit cards as well as a clear window for my id and holds cash. I can still it comfortably in ny pocket.
Anyway...it kicks serious ass!

In all seriousness, I probably buy at least 3 phones a year not counting whatever iphone was currently out for myself. And btw they are not all for me lol. I buy phones for my wife n parents. I follow phones quite a bit and the Note truly is imo one of the very best phones to hit the market since the 1st iphone.
