The Dark Knight Rises

Saw it last night and thought it was really, really good.
Thought they tied together everything very nicely and I thought the development of Bane's character was amazing.
Rarely think trilogies finish strong but I thought this one did. So much different than all the other bubble gum comic movies.

Not hijacking. I made a witty joke. Stop crying. If you can't take my jokes either ignore me or stop starting it. If you can't take it don't dish it out. Go check out the other 5 threads in paddock that JJ has really hijacked. The Aurora Movie Theater thread is a great example.

IT was a very good movie and one you should go watch JJ. You won't be disappointed by it.

I don't doubt it's a good movie, but I can wait on the DVD rental... even then, I may not see it.

Just went and saw it this morning. Really good movie. DId a great job of tying in the last movie. Baine was one of the best bad guys ever. The main story line was incredible surrounding the prison deep underground. I thought that was incredible personally. I can't remember who directs these movies but the quality is tremendous IMO.

Must be. I guess he did the last two, right? What are some other movies he's directed. I loved the last two batman movies because they make the characters and Gothem city just believable enough.

It was bizarre to watch the movie after the shooting. Every time somebody got up you could tell people were nervous.
In terms of the movie... it was very good. Christian Baile is a terrific actor. IMO he's one of the best "character" actors of our time.
