Keep grasping for straws. One of the largest states (they won't say who) wasn't included in the totals.
In terms of the unemployment rate. It dropped for one reason. All the people who got kicked off of unemployment because they couldn't find a job found part time jobs.
So, we're celebrating the fact that so many people gave up and just went out and got part time jobs.
